According to detail, Sharing her statement on social media, Iffat Omar questioned Zafar’s intentions, saying, “If I am lying or paid to defame such a renowned celebrity… then why would you, Ali Zafar, send me loving and respectful messages for eight years? The messages are there, so I’m not fabricating this.”
She further added, “If I am a liar or a paid planner to tarnish your reputation… then tell me, Ali Zafar, why did you keep sending me messages of affection and respect all these years? The messages are proof, so I am not making this up. I still remember you praying for me during Haj and sending blessings for my daughter’s wedding. Why did you do all this? I believe you under a foreign agenda.”
Her post highlights what she describes as a contradictory pattern—sending prayers and blessings despite the allegations against him.
