Lahore: Inspector General (IG) Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the report of Transparency International Contrary to the facts, the services of Punjab Police are more than ninety-nine percent. The pending cases of murder and other serious incidents are being dealt with quickly.
A ceremony was held in honor of the students of Friends of Police and Volunteers in Police programs in Al Hamra Hall Lahore. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar participated as a special guest. Speaking at the ceremony, IG Punjab said that the report of Transparency International Contrary to the facts..Punjab police performance has improved. Eighty percent of murder cases have been solved.
Capital city Police Officer (CCPO) Lahore and Deputy Inspector General Police (DIG) Operations shed light on the performance of Lahore Police. They said that the crime rate has decreased. The policemen have sacrificed their lives to protect the lives and property of the people.
