Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday pronounced acquittal of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founding chairman Imran Khan in the 190 million pound case.
The two member divisional bench headed by Chief Justice (CJ) of IHC Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Jehangiri announced already reserved verdict.
T he court also approved the bail petition of Imran Khan while the bench ordered Imran Khan to submit surety bonds of Rs one million.
The PTI founding chairman despite acquital order in the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) case could not be released.
Imran Khan will remain in captivity in the cipher and marriage in during the edat of his wife cases.
