Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday approved bail of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairperson Asif Ali Zardari in the NAB inquiry of his flat in New York, America.
Chief Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Amir Farooq heard the bail petition in the NAB inquiry against former president Asif Zardari having flat in the USA city of New York.
The PPP co-chairman appeared before the court and both the side of prosecution and defence gave their arguments.
After hearing the arguments the court approved bail of Asif Zardari in the case.The court issuing notice to the NAB summoned its response till July 28.
After the hearing talking to media, the PPP co-chairman said that Nawaz Sharif domicile is much better than him adding that nothing new will be happened in the AJK elections.
It is pertinent to mention here that the graft buster body has asked Asif Zardari how he made property in New York?. The NAB has sent questioner and notice for getting information regarding his property in New York.
