ISLAMABAD: The Registrar of Islamabad High Court has fixed the appeals related to both the cases ‘Cipher &Toshakhana’ for hearing
According to detail, Islamabad High Court has formed a special bench on appeals of founder PTI in Cipher and Toshakhan cases. Chief Justice Amir Farooq, Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb will hear the case.
While the appeals of PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi in the cipher case have also been fixed for hearing on Monday. On the other hand, the appeal of Bushra Bibi’s Tosha Khana has also been fixed for hearing. A special bench will hear the appeals of founder PTI, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Bashira Bibi.
