Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday declared the toshakahana case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief inadmissible .
Chief Justice of IHC Justice Amir Farooq pronounced the reserved verdict of the toshakhana case.
The court approving the chairman PTI petition declared the toshakhana case inadmissible.
The Chairman PTI has insisted the court to declare the case inadmissible.
Before this, a session court of Islamabad has declared the case admissible and indicted the PTI chairman.
