Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday disposed of the recovery of ex-security officer of founding chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan case, as Umar Sultan reached home.
The Chief Justice of the IHC Justice Amir Farooq heard the recovery of ex security officer of the founding chairman of PTI.
Counsel of the petitioner Fayyaz Kundwal apprised the recovery of the ex security officer Umar Sultan.
The counsel apprised that we would present his client in the court but owing to his health condition we could not do so.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq asked the petitioner counsel the citizen has recovered what do you wanted now?
Fayyaz Kundwal said that we wanted independent probe into the matter as the First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged.
The court disposed of the case and ordered an independent probe in to the matter.
