Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday heard recovery petition of founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Intazar Panjhotha.
Chief Justice (IHC) Amir Farooq heard the recovery petition of the PTI counsel Intaza Panjhota.
The CJ according to the law ordered investigation of the case and disposed of the case.
In his remarks, the IHC CJ said that Islamabad situation has turned like Karachi while he apprised that his closer acquaintance has received extortion slips .
He said that take this crime as a kidnapping for ransom and these cases needed to be prevented.
