Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday (today) gave another chance to India to appoint a counsel for his spy Kulbhushan Jadhav .
A larger bench of the high court headed by Chief Justice Athar Minallah hearing a petition filed by the law ministry for appointing a lawyer for Jadhav in the light of the directive of the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
Attorney General of Pakistan Khalid Javed Khan adopted point of view that India thinks its arrested spy Kulbhushan Jadhav is as an asset not a human.
He went on to say that when India sent the spy to Pakistan then India deleted his name from this list of human beings.
India had said that the arrested spy is Mubarak Patel not a Kulbhushan Jadhav , he added.
Attorney General said that India is not coming to the court with a reason that its plan will be failed.
The court remarked that India should consider Kulbhushan Jadhav as human and then decide again.
The court adjourned the hearing till April 13.
