Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday ordered to remove Shereen Mazari name from an Exit Control List (ECL).
The IHC Judge Justice Tariq Mahmood Jehangiri has pronounced a reserved verdict in the case.
The court in its judgement said that placing Shireen Mazari name on the ECL is unjust and illegal.
The court had reserved the verdict after hearing arguments of both the sides on the Shireen Mazari petition on November 21.
On the recommendation of the Islamabad Police, Shireen Mazari name was placed on the No fly list.
