Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has pronounced verdict that the hearing of the cipher case against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf) Chairman Imran Khan will be held in a jail.
The IHC Chief Justice Amir Farooq announced the reserved judgement on the petition of Imran Khan against hearing the cipher case in a jail.
The court said that there is no any bad intention seen as the hearing of the case in the jail is in fovor of the PTI chairman.
The CJ IHC said that the PTI chairman Imran Khan many a times has expresed feard for his security.
Honorable Judge Amir Farooq said that if Imran Khan has any apprehension in the jail trial then he can approach the trial court.
As per the court, the hearing of the cipher case due on Tuesday tomorrow will be held in the jail.
The court disposed off the case while narrating the verdict.
