ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday issued written order of today’s, Thursday, hearing of former president Asif Ali Zardari disqualification petition.
The IHC chief Justice Athar Minallah has written the order which stated that respondents in the case be submitted para-wise comments and satisfy the court whether the petition is worth hearing or not.
The order asked that did the petitioner used other forums in the light of the Supreme Court Panama verdict?
According to the written order, the court has asked to submit written response through pre-admission notice from former president Asif Zardari
