Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday stopped the arrest of Shahbaz Gill on return to country while the action has also been halted
till May 9.
The IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah heard the petition against PTI leaders of contempt of religion.
The court ordered secretary interior to ensure that Fawad Chaudhry could not be harassed and don’t take action against him till the next hearing.
It has also been instructed to send the orders copy of the court to secretary National Assembly.
