Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Saturday stopped arresting the PTI law maker Sher Afzal Marwat in any case without permission of the court.
The IHC judge Suman Rifat Imtia heard the petition of the PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat.
The secrectary interior, Inspector General (IG) Islamabad, IG Punjab and the Federal Investigation agency (FIA) have been issued notices.
The court also has ordered all the parties to submit para-wise comments on the petition of Sher Afzal Marwat.
The IHC also sought all the details of the cases against MNA Sher Afzal Marwat.
The judge on the petition of the Sher Azal Marwat issued a written order .
In the order, the court said that the counsel of Sher Afzal Marwat apprised that his client has feared of arrest in a secret case.
The IHC ordered that the PTI leader and law maker not be arrested in any case without the permission of the court.
Sher Afzal Marwat has filed the petition through his counsels Adil Aziz Qazi and Riyasat Ali Azad.
