ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear on Tuesday the petitions of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi seeking the suspension of their sentences in the £190 million case, pending the final decision.
The hearing will be conducted by IHC Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif.
The IHC Registrar’s Office has included the petitions of the PTI founder and his wife on the list, though with certain objections.
