Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan petition filed in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) seeking transfer of cases against him to the judicial complex will be heard today.
The IHC Chief Justice (CJ) Justice Amir Farooq will hear the petition. The PTI chief has removed objections raised on the petition today.
Yesterday registrar of the IHC had raised objections on the petition.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Wednesday had filed a new petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC).
In his petition, former premier has asked the court to allow him to appear before the court in all the cases through a video link. While it also sought permission to allow the same in the lower courts.
The PTI chief in his petition has given a suggestion as well to conduct all the cases from the judicial complex while he also appealed the court to provide him complete security during his appearance before the court if hearing conducted in the Judicial complex.
