Karachi: Pakistan Sarzameen Party (PSP) Chairman Syed Mustafa Kamal could not appear due to his political busyness before an accountability court (AC) of Karachi hearing a case against him and others over the illegal allotment of lands in Clifton.
A link court of the AC heard the illegal allotment of land in Clifton due to leave of the AC judge. The counsel of Mustafa Kamal submitted exemption from appearance in the court.
The court adjourned the hearing until May 8. It is pertinent to mention here that Mustafa Kamal has an allegation of allotting a piece of Land in Clifton during his tenure as the city nazim.
