Islamabad: The International Monetary Fund (IMF) technical delegation will visit Pakistan next week to review Pakistani government measures for increasing tax net and tax revenue.
Sources said that the international lending institution will hold negotiations with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on a tax policy and will take measures for amendments.
A basic structure for introducing a scheme for retailers will be prepared.
The tax net will be extended to six million people.
