Islamabad: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Monday challenged implementation of article 245 all across the country in the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP).
The PTI has filed petition in the SC against implementation of an article of 245 countrywide.
In its petition the PTI insisted that a trial in the military courts are against the basic rights.
