ISLAMABAD: Founder PTI Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi’s lawyer have requested to move the case to another bench in the Tosha Khana case 2.
In the Islamabad High Court, Justice Inam Amin Minhas heard the petitions of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in Tosha Khana case 2, lawyer Barrister Salman Safdar and FIA prosecutor Amir Majeed appeared before the court.
During the hearing, the lawyer of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi requested that the case be transferred to another bench, saying that I request my client as per the instructions of my client, The case has already heard many senior judges of this High Court.
