LAHORE: Chairman, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on Saturday said that if Nawaz Sharif had not committed any theft then there was no harm in letting himself searched, saying that Nawaz has two options to chose; resign or present him for ‘search’ (accountability) otherwise the PTI would not allow him to rule the country anymore.
Talking to media at Lahore airport, Imran Khan hinted at changing the sit-in date, saying that the final date to march on Islamabad will be decided tomorrow.
He questioned Nawaz Sharif as to what is wrong in letting himself (Nawz) searched if he had not committed any theft.
He said that they were raising the Panama Leaks’ issue for the last six month, but Nawaz was not ready for presenting himself for accountability.
Imran said that if the democratic institutions did not dispense justice then there is no other option except taking to roads. He said that a sea of people will be in Islamabad on October 30.
He further said that every Pakistani will come out of his/her home to shut down Islamabad except those who are drawing benefits from the rulers.
