Islamabad/Lahore: Two vital wickets of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) fell today as renowned singer and politician from Narowal Ibrar Ul Haq and cousin of Imran khan Senator Saif Ullah Niazi have announced to part ways from the party.
Holding a presser in Islamabad, Imran Khan’s cousin said that he condemned the mayhem of May 9 while he added that our religion not allowed us to harm public properties.
Saif Ullah Niazi said that he has to focus on his health and he announced to quit the PTI.
He left the press conference without hearing any single question from the journalists present in his presser.
On the other hand, famous singer Ibrar Ul Haq addressing a press conference in Lahore announced to leave the PTI and politics all together as he said that he doesn’t see any opportunity to do social work which help people of Pakistan.
He said that he tried his best to stop people from vandalizing and conducting arsons on May 9 adding that the martyrs monuments are pride of all Pakistanis.
Destroying these monuments as well as insulting them, if we were moved forward with this attitude then Pakistan can’t move forward, Ibrar said emphatically.
He said that when he joined the politics his aim was not to earn money or gaining popularity adding that my aim was to do a major social work from which people of the country could be benefited.
Ibrar said that unfortunately what was his role in politics now it seems that it will not be fulfilled.
