Islamabad: Founding Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has insisted the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to not hand him over to custody of the military for a military court trial on May 9.
The founding chairman on Tuesday approached the IHC. The petition has been filed by advocate Uzair Karamat Bhandari in the IHC.
He has made party secretary law, secretary interior and the federal government in the petition.
Inspector General (IG) Islamabad, Inspector General (IG) Punjab, Director General (DG) Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) also made party in the petition.
Besides that Inspector General (IG) prisons also made part of the petition.
