Islamabad: A session court of Islamabad on Wednesday indicted Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan in the toshakhana case.

Additional session judge Humayon Dilawar heard the toshakhana case.

According to Imran Khan’s counsel, he insisted the court to delay the indictment but the session judge rejected the former premier counsel.

The counsel also insisted the court to transfer the case to other judge. He further apprised that we had boycotted the hearing.

Former premier Imran Khan also refused the indictment and signing the indictment documents.
