Attock: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan judicial remand in the cipher case has been extended till September 13.
The hearing of the case was held at Attock jail where Judge Abul Hasna heard the case against the PTI chief.
On the other hand the PTI chief has challenged the notification of the hearing at Attock jail. The PTI has approached the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
It is pertinent to mention here that yesterday the IHC had suspended Imran Khan sentence in the toshakhana case awarded by the district and session court.
The district ans Session court Humayun Dilawar had awarded three years improsonment and fine of Rs 100000
