ISLAMABAD: Founder Pakistan Tehreek -e -Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan’s request to send the case to the second bench was once again rejected.
Islamabad High Court rejected the request of the founder PTI to send the case to the second bench immediately, the court directed Imran Khan’s lawyer to further assist in the case.
Founder PTI Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi have filed a petition.
Justice Amin Minhas of the Supreme Court issued a written order of the hearing.
The Islamabad High Court’s ruling states that the Supreme Court has decisions. In the case of objection, the judge himself has to decide that he has to be separated from the bench.
The court adjourned the hearing indefinitely, seeking further assistance at the point of the objection.
