ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf founder Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi filed plea in Islamabad High Court for post-arrest bail in Toshakhana-II case.
As per detail, Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi challenged the court verdict rejecting her bail plea in Islamabad High Court. Bushra Bibi filed the plea through her counsel Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry requesting the court to approve the post-arrest bail plea.
The application mentioned that the arrest of the leader was unfair with false allegations and blackmailing witnesses to record statements against her in the Toshakhana case.
It was added that the case based on mal-intent and FIA had violated law.
It is pertinent to note that a special judge central Islamabad rejected the post-arrest bail pleas of former prime minister Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana-II case on Toshakhana- II case
