ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office spokesperson Nafees Zakaria said that India has agreed to provide solid evidences for investigations of Mumbai attack case, while there is a need to examine witnesses according to law to move the case.
According to Nafees Zakari, Indian Foreign Secretary made aware of Indian government stance in the latter, while the propositions and legal aspects of letter are being under review. Foreign Office Spokesperson said that one year earlier, Pakistan had demanded to provide evidences for the investigation of Mumbai attack case. More than 170 people had been killed in Mumbai attack case on November 26, 2008, after which a case was registered over information provided by India, but Indian government did not cooperate in case investigation.
