British Media Accusation on BCCI To Change SF Pitch Without Taking ICC On board
The UK media has hurled an accusation on the Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) for changing the pitch for today’s first semi-final against New Zealand in Mumbai’s Wankhede stadium.
The BCCI has decided to play it semi-final on a pitch where two matches have already played and it is conducive for spinners so that its spinners could get benefit of it.
Whereas the match had to be played at wicket number seven on which no match has been played so far.
The BCCI has taken the decision without taking the International Cricket Council (ICC) on board wich is violation of the ICC laws.
The British media has also expressed fear that the BCCI can commit violation in the final of the World Cup in Ahmadabad as well.
As per the record India never won the any knock out match against New Zealand.
India will take on New Zealand in a first semi final in Wankhede stadium, Mumbai today.
