Indian Ministry of Defense admits to damage caused during recent attack by Pakistan

NEW DELHI: The Indian Ministry of Defense forces admitted to the damages caused during the attack in their briefing.

Pakistan launched multiple airstrikes targeting 26 locations across India, resulting in damage to Indian airbases, equipment, and personnel. The Indian armed forces admitted to suffering losses at their military installations due to Pakistani attacks.

Pakistan specifically targeted an airbase in Punjab using a high-speed missile.

During a joint Indian media briefing, Colonel Sophia Qureshi emphasized the desire for peace, stating, “India does not want tension, provided that Pakistan does the same.” However, the Indian armed forces admitted to suffering losses at their military installations due to the Pakistani attacks, underscoring the severity of the situation.

The missile used in the attack is a short-range missile with a range of approximately 120 kilometers, known as the “Fateh-1” missile. which was tested on May 5th.
