ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has said the indirect talks between the United States and Iran are taking place through messages being relayed by Pakistan.
In a post on X, he said the United States has shared 15 points, which are currently being deliberated upon by Iran.
He added that brotherly countries, including Türkiye and Egypt, are also extending their support to this initiative.
Ishaq Dar said there has been unnecessary speculation in the media regarding peace talks aimed at ending the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
He reiterated that Pakistan remains fully committed to promoting peace and continues to make every effort to ensure stability in the region and beyond. He emphasized that dialogue and diplomacy are the only way forward.
