Lahore: Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi has set a deadline of 48 hours to reduce prices of essential commodities.
The CM has also given a task to bring down fares of transport by 10 percent adding that the transport fares will be declined in proportion to reduction in the fuel prices.
He has also ordered to continue actions against hoarders without any discrimination.
On the other hand, the provincial minister for information Amir Mir has said that the relief after the reduction in fuel prices should be reached to the people.
He said that the interim setup is being taken steps to decrease the transport fares.
Amir apprised that the government has also taken measures for the prevention of the smog adding that the schools are not going to close on Wednesday.
