QUETTA: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi arrived in Quetta on Saturday to attend the funeral prayers of the martyrs who tragically lost their lives in the recent blast at Quetta Railway Station.
The devastating explosion claimed numerous lives and injured many, prompting swift action and support from both federal and provincial authorities.
Upon his arrival, Minister Naqvi paid his respects to the victims’ families and offered his condolences. He then proceeded to the Chief Minister’s House, where he chaired a high-level meeting to review the law and order situation in the province and discuss measures to prevent further incidents.
Official sources reported that during the meeting, participants expressed their deepest sympathies for the families of those who lost their lives, and prayers offered for the martyrs, as well as for the recovery of the injured. The meeting also focused on strengthening security and coordination between law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety of the public in the wake of the tragedy.
Minister Naqvi emphasized the government’s commitment to bringing the perpetrators of the attack to justice and vowed to continue supporting the victims’ families during their time of grief.
