Islamabad: Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad has assured an independent investigation into the murder of Usama Satti.
He said this during his telephonic conversation with the father of Usama Satti.
The Interior Minister said it is the decision of the Prime Minister and the cabinet to take forward the investigation as per the satisfaction of the father of Usama Satti.
Sheikh Rashid talking to Osma Satti father said that if you wanted judicial investigation of the murder then the government can do it as well. Your satisfaction is necessary. When you will allow us then we will write to Ministry of law in this regard, the Minister added.
The Interior Minister once again strongly condemned the murder of Usama Satti.
