Lahore: The absence of chief selector of Pakistan Cricket Team Inzamam Ul Haq from a review meeting over poor performance of Pakistani team in Asia Cup have raised eyebrows.
During the meeting, skipper Baber Azam defended, constantly failed during the tournament, Fakhar Zaman and Shadab Khan.
Baber Azam claimed that travelling, rains and fitness problems of players caused the country’s team abysmal performance in Asia Cup.

All the participants of the meeting agreed that unecessary changes would not be made in team squad for world cup.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has set the date of of September 28 for submission of team squads for world cup.
