Islamabad: An accountability court of Islamabad on Wednesday issued permanent arrest warrants of ex-finance minister and PML-N leader Ishaq Dar.
The AC also stopped trial against three co-accused until arrest of Ishaq Dar The assets beyond means case against Ishaq Dar postponed for indefinite period.
The court verdict on bail petitions of co-accused under the NAB amendment ordinance are also linked with arrest of Ishaq Dar.
The court orders said that until Ishaq Dar appearance before the court after his arrest not ensured, the hearing of the case will not proceed further.
The AC Islamabad Judge Muhammad Bashir issued the orders.
Today in hearing, the NAB prosecutor Afzal Qureshi while counsels of co-accused appeared before the court.
The co- accused Mansoor Raza, Naeem Mahmood and Saeed Ahmed have challenged the reference once again under the NAB amendment ordinance.
