ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has released the judges’ duty roster for the upcoming week.
The registrar’s office, with the approval of the Acting Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court, has released the duty roster for judges, which indicates that there will be 11 single benches and 5 division benches available in the High Court next week.
According to the roster, the first division bench will consist of the Acting Chief Justice and Justice Inam Amin Minhas, while the second division bench will include Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan.
The third division bench will be made up of Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Thaman Rafat Imtiaz. However, the third division bench will not be available from April 7 to April 11, as Justice Thaman Rafat Imtiaz will not be available during that period.
The fourth division bench will consist of Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Muhammad Azam Khan, while the fifth division bench will include Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro and Justice Muhammad Asif.
The registrar’s office has clarified that, with the approval of the Acting Chief Justice, a special and larger bench can also be constituted.
