Rawalpindi: The Inter-Service Public Relations has released a new patriotic song ahead of Pakistan Day on March 23.

Acclaimed singer Atif Aslam has given vocals and sang as well.

Mere Mehboob Pakistan, Meri Jaan Pakistan is the title of the anthem.

Pakistan Military Media Wing has launched the song to mark the national occasion.

The song aims to celebrate unity, resilience and a shared commitment to national progress.

Renowned poet and lyricist Imran Raza penned the lyrics fo the national song.
Whereas the composition carries a strong message of national solidarity under the slogan “Ek Dil, Ek Jaan, Ek Pakistan” (One Heart, One Soul, One Pakistan).

ISPR said the song reflects the spirit of patriotism and highlights the ideals of peace, stability and development.
It serves not only as a musical tribute but also as a symbolic reaffirmation of the country’s collective aspirations.

Public response to the anthem has been largely positive, with widespread praise for its emotional resonance and powerful delivery.

Pakistan Day is commemorated annually on 23 March to mark the Lahore Resolution of 1940, a foundational moment in the country’s independence movement.
