LAHORE: The banned Jamaat-ul-Ahrar faction of Tehreek Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility for the Lahore suicide attack.
According to a foreign wire service, the terror outfit claimed responsibility for the attack.
Earlier in the day, Provincial Law Minister Rana Sanaullah had pointed finger at JuA for the attack. He has said that possibly the attack was planned in Afghan province Kunar where the banned terror outfit is based and have carried out many attacks in Pakistan in recent times.
It is to be mentioned here that a van carrying census enumerators came under attack in Lahore on Wednesday morning, killing six people including four army men.
