Lahore: A local court of Lahore on Monday extended physical remand of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader for two days in the speech against the state institutions case.

The PML-N leader presented before Model Town court in Lahore after concluding three-day physical remand in the speech against state institutions case.

During the course of the hearing Police insisted extension of his physical remand for two-day.

Prosecutor said that three tests of the accused including poligraphis test were conducted while second mobile and whatsapp in it have to be checked so allow two-day physical remand.

Javed Lateef opined that when elected representative don’t pointing fingers on wrongdoings of people sitting in the state institutions it is a violation of oath.

The court accepting the police insistence awarded extension of two-day in physical remand of the accused.

The court adjourned the hearing till May 12.
