JI announces protest call on Feb 16 against rigging in elections

Lahore: The Jamat-e-Islami (JI) has announced a protest call on February 16 outside the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

Addressing a presser in Mansoora Lahore along with Qaiser Sharif, Amir Ul Azeem said that the results of elections were stopped for eight hours like trains.

Secretary General JI Ameer Ul Azeem said that magic stick of rigging sculled in the elections 2024.

He said that they will facilitate Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on special seats but we will not compromise on our point of view.

He said that masked man in Karachi in the presence of police and rangers bustled.He said that the political parties first make their voters their power then control the establishment.

He said that we have proves that the administration changed results by taking Rs 50 million.

He announced that the JI will stage protest sit-in. He warned that the government should go towards the judicial commission before any agitation erupted.

He said that the shura of the JI will announce interim ameer of the party or it can restore Ameer (JI).
