Karachi: Newly elected Jamat-e-Islami Pakistan chief Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman has demanded the government to provide protection to people of Karachi.
Talking to media after Eid Ul Fitr prayers in Karachi, Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman has criticised the Sindh government and other institutions.
The JI Chief said that it seems that Sindh is handed over to the robbers as whopping 7000 crimes were reported in the sacred month of Ramzan.
On the other hand, he said that 20 people lost their lives in the hand of robbers in the resistance to the robberies.
He said that no any institution and the Sindh government is providing protection to the people of Karachi.
