Lahore: Chief of religio-political party of Pakistan Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman has penned a letter to Prime Ministers of Spain, Norway and Ireland over their recognition of Palestine as a state.
In his letter to three PMs, Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman expressed gratitude over extending support to people of Palestine.
The JI ameer said that governments of Spain, Ireland and Norway have given a clear message to the international community.
He said that it is right of Palestine people to have right of self determination and achievement of getting an independence.
He said that the three states expressed practical following of the recognized principles of justice and equality.
Their decision will help an independence to people of Palestine and eradication of the occupation of Israel, Hafiz Naeem added.
He went on to say that the initiatives of the three states will be a vital progress for a peaceful resolution of Palestine dispute.
He lauded their decision recognizing Palestine as a state.
