Quetta: Ameer Jamat-e-Islami Siraj Ul Haq escaped suicide attack on his life in Balochistan this afternoon, the party secretary general Amir Ul Azeem informed the media.
The JI secretary general apprised that the attacker was killed adding that all the other people along with the JI chief remained safe.
The suicide attack was occurred near his convoy in district Zob of Balochistan, however the JI chief remained safe. After receiving the information police and Frontier constabulary (FC) contingent reached the spot.

The JI had a rally in Zob today where Siraj Ul Haq had to address the rally. The attack happened near at Quetta truck ada near reception convoy of the JI ameer.
As per initial information one person was killed and three others sustained injuries. The injured were shifted to a near by hospital in Zob.
The JI ameer was coming to attend rally in the Zob bazar.
