Jinnah Medical Complex is a significant milestone in healthcare development, PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced that the Jinnah Medical Complex in Islamabad is nearing completion, emphasizing that this initiative will serve as a milestone for Pakistan and the surrounding region in advancing healthcare.

While presiding over a meeting of the Jinnah Medical Complex Board in Islamabad on Monday, the Prime Minister extended his gratitude to the Aga Khan Foundation for offering technical support during various phases of the project’s development.

He reaffirmed that the project’s success will rely on collaborative efforts and instructed officials to accelerate progress on all proposed treatment centers within the complex.

During the session, the Jinnah Medical Complex Board expressed appreciation to the Prime Minister for his consistent support and guidance throughout the construction process.

The briefing revealed that substantial advancements are being made, not only in delivering medical services but also in establishing facilities for top-tier medical education, training, and research.

It was highlighted that cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence and robotics, will be integrated to align the Jinnah Medical Complex with international standards.
