Islamabad: Advocate Iman Mazari filed petition in Islamabad High Court against the physical remand of Matiullah Jan.
It has been argued in the petition that Matiullah Jan was arrested in a false and fabricated case, the petition against physical remand should be heard today.
Advocate Iman Mazari said, that if the hearing is held tomorrow or Monday instead of today, our petition will become ineffective.
