Islamabad: The session judge, who awarded sentence to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief in the toshakhana case, Humayun Dilawar has been made Officer on Special Duty (OSD).
Chief Justice (CJ) Islamabad High Court (IHC) Justice Amir Farooq has approved making Humayun Dilawar of OSD after which additional resgistrar IHC issued notification in this regard.
Additional session judge Justice Humayun Dilawar has been directed to report IHC in the notification.
The Judge Humayun Dilawar on August 5 had awarded sentence to the chief of PTI. The court had given him three-year-jail in the case since then the PTI chief is in prisoned in Attok jail.
