Islamabad: Chief Justice (CJ) Supreme Court (SC) Umar Atta Bandiyal while hearing cancelling of admission of a female student in Khyber Medical College case remarked that we will not carry out work of institutions and we will get institutions to work.
The SC two members bench headed by CJ Umar Atta Bandiyal heard the cancellation of admission of a female student in Khyber Medical College.
The court said that female student passed their previous years examination in the supplementary. After conclusion of the education the college cancelled her admission as she can’t avail fifth chance.
During education the college and PMDC showed negligence and didn’t take any action, the court said
The court clarified that if the university takes the decision at the start then its decision can be declared right. After conclusion of her education and start of practice, cancellation of the registration will negate the justice.
The Court disposed of the petition of the Khyber Medical College.
Student of the Khyber Medical College Rukhsana Bangash had passed her second year examination in fifth attempt.
Chief Justice (CJ) Supreme Court (SC) Umar Atta Bandiyal remarked that we will not carry out work of institutions and we will get institutions to work.
The CJ said that he did the same in recent elections in Punjab adding that the court was behind the back of the institution adding that due to this measure transparent and unbiased elections were held.
