KARACHI: At a JUI gathering, Maulana Fazlur Rehman accused the recent attacks on Saudi Arabia of being part of a broader conspiracy orchestrated by the United States and Israel to sow discord among Muslim nations.
He condemned the assaults as a severe breach of Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, offering heartfelt condolences to the Saudi leadership, citizens, and families who have lost loved ones.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman reiterated his longstanding opposition to Israeli aggression against Palestinians, asserting that such actions have been supported by US backing. He also criticized Israel’s expansionist policies aimed at the Arab region and Iran.
The religious leader urged Muslim countries to exercise patience, tolerance, and unity, stressing that collective strength and solidarity are essential in countering external manipulations. He called for the formation of a united Islamic front to bolster the community’s stance on regional and global issues.
