Karachi: The Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) president Pir Sadaruddin Shah Rashdi on Tuesday visited the residence of Jamiat Ulma-e-Islam (JUI-F) secretary general Rashid Mahmood Soomro.
The JUI-F and GDA have agreed to contest elections with joint candidates in the elections.
Safdar Abbassi, Sardar Rahim, Maulana Abdul Kareem Abid, Muhammad Usman, Maulana Nasir Mahmood Soomro, Maulana Hamadullah Shah, Sami Ul Haq Swati, Aslam Ghauri and others were in attendance in the meeting.

The GDA and JUI-F have also agreed to form a committee for joint candidates.
